Solar Power

Most CubeSats rely on solar power for their operation. Solar panels can be fixed parts of the external structure of the satellite or deployable so that more surface area can be exposed to sun light. They may also have additional functionality such as antenna cutters, magnetorquer, sun sensors and temperature sensors.
